Famous Nigerian singer, Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, popularly known as Reekado Banks has left many people dumbfounded after revealing that he is no longer proceeding with his planned wedding to his fiancée and mother of his child.
Just two months ago, the singer anounced in an interview that he was preparing to tie the knot with his longtime partner and babymama. The announcement had sparked excitement among fans who were eager to see the artist take this next step in his personal life.
However, in a recent interview, Reekado made a surprising U-turn, stating that he is “no longer sure of his position” regarding the marriage plans.
He said; “I was pretty sure about my stance at my last interview, but I’m now in a different place.”
“It’s only been two months since the interview. That’s why I said I can’t really say anything about it now. I was sure then, but I’m not sure now. It’s now based on experience.”
“I wouldn’t blame it on music but on myself and my emotional intelligence, which I am still working on”.
For those who don’t know, Reekado Banks and his girlfriend welcomed their baby boy in November 2024. The singer unveiled her for the first time in December.
