Famous Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has regained his freedom after spending one week in prison.
The controversial artist was released on Monday, January 19, 2026, after fulfilling his bail conditions.
Speaking shortly after his release, Portable maintained his innocence, claiming he was falsely accused.
He said; “They lied against me. I’m innocent.”
Portable was remanded in prison last week following allegations of assault and theft leveled against him by his baby mama, actress Ashabi Simple, and her siblings
