Former beauty queen, Adaeze Yobo, wife of former Nigeria national football team captain, Joseph Yobo, has opened up about a personal secret she kept from the public for years.
She made the revelation in a post shared on social media, saying that she initially told people she gave birth naturally, while all three of her children were delivered via C-section.
According to her, the decision to hide the truth stemmed from feelings of embarrassment after undergoing an emergency C-section during her first childbirth.
She wrote: “When I had my first, I told people I gave birth naturally because I was genuinely embarrassed that I had a C-section (emergency C-section).”
“I really thought I wasn’t woman enough. Imagine. I had just carried and delivered a whole baby safely.”
“Now I say it with my full chest – all three kids… C-section gang lol.”
