The Presiding Bishop of Royal Choice Ministries International, Bishop Success Ibeakanma (PhD), has joined well-wishers across the globe to celebrate a rare Kingdom partner, a man of integrity, excellence and impact, Mr. Chuma Ezirim, as he marks his milestone 60th birthday on September 25th.
In a glowing tribute personally signed by the Bishop, he described Mr. Ezirim as a Kingdom advancement supporter, a corporate powerhouse and an uncommon marketplace apostle whose supportive, financial and professional impact reverberates deeply within the body of Christ and the corporate world.
Mr. Chuma Ezirim is an accomplished banking executive and an uncommon professional with an intimidating academic pedigree. He holds several degrees and executive certifications from global elite and prestigious institutions including The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Lagos Business School of the Pan-Atlantic University, University of Nigeria Nsukka, and the University of Ibadan.
A builder of men and institutions, Mr. Ezirim has had a distinguished career that has spanned decades, raising sound bankers and building strong systems from Prudent Bank to Skye Bank and currently First Bank of Nigeria, where he has served for many years as Group Executive, eBusiness and Retail Products Division. In all these positions, he has touched several lives with his leadership, mentorship and uncommon professionalism, earning him respect as one of Nigeria’s finest banking minds.
Bishop Ibeakanma, in his tribute, could not hide his personal gratitude for a relationship that has spanned over 21 years.
“On a personal note, words fail to express how heavily this great man of impact has been a blessing to my life and ministry from the foundational days of our Church till date. I call him a timely, unsolicited and tireless helper. He is a rare gem, a true builder of people and a pillar in the house of God,” the Bishop stated.
Recalling the humble beginnings of the ministry, Bishop Ibeakanma noted: “I can never forget your impact from when our church was in a primary school classroom with just very few persons and you were among the number till date. For over 21 years God brought us together, you have been deeply involved in Kingdom advancement.”
According to the Bishop, Mr. Ezirim’s Kingdom footprint is monumental yet done without noise. For more than two decades, he has been at the forefront of building mega-cathedrals, sponsoring massive crusades, funding global evangelism, and changing the lives of widows, orphans, strangers and the needy.
“All these and more he does silently without announcement because he believes he does them for God,” Bishop Ibeakanma revealed.
As Mr. Ezirim steps into his Diamond Jubilee, Bishop Ibeakanma released powerful prophetic prayers and scriptures upon him.
“Sir, on this your Diamond Jubilee, I pray that the Lord shines His light upon you, your wife and children brighter than ever before. May your strength be renewed like the eagle’s and may your legacy continue to grow,” he prayed.
The Bishop declared two scriptures as Mr. Ezirim’s portion for this new season: Psalm 92:14 – “They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing,” and Isaiah 46:4 – “Even to your old age, I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you.”
He further prayed that God will reward his faithfulness with long life, robust health and overwhelming peace, affirming that his best years have just begun.
