Ambassador Juliet Geoffrey Porbeni, President of Miss Green and White Nigeria Organisation has lamented over the school building collapse in Ita Faji, Lagos Island on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 where several pupils were severely injured while others could not survive the heavy collapse.
Ambassador Juliet in her condolence said; “My sincere condolence to the families and friends of the young school children that got caught up in the collapse of the three-storey building at Ita Faji, Lagos Island.”
“Knowing the value of human lives especially that of young kids who have a very bright future ahead of them, this incident is so heartbreaking.”
“We urge the Government and all relevant agencies to do everything within its capacity to rescue the remaining people while giving speedy medical attention to the injured. May this never happen again.”
