One Alice Mulak, a resident of Ungwan Gwari, Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State has been arrested by the State Police Command for killing her boyfriend.
Alice, murdered her lover by stabbing him with a knife during a fight between them.
The Nasarawa State Police Command Spokesperson, DSP Ramhan Nansel in a statement on Friday, October 14, 2022, said; “The suspect was arrested by police operatives attached to Mararaba ‘A’ Division led by CSP Musa Babayola.”
“Preliminary investigation revealed that the incident happened behind City Rock Hotel, Mararaba at about 0330hrs when the deceased and his girlfriend engaged themselves in fisticuffs as a result of a misunderstanding.”
“Hence, the suspect was arrested and the knife used in perpetrating the offence was consequently recovered based on the directives of the Commissioner of Police, CP Adesina Soyemi.”
