Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has paid glowing tribute to the State Director of Protocol, Chief Onoriode Sunday, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a dependable and exceptionally efficient public servant.
