Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barrister Kingsley B. Otuaro, has honoured the immediate past Governor of the state, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, with a Christmas and New Year courtesy visit that underscored respect for leadership, mentorship, and enduring values beyond public office.
The festive visit, which has become a consistent tradition for Otuaro, was marked by warmth and mutual regard, reflecting a relationship that has remained cordial and respectful years after both men concluded their service to Delta State. Otuaro served as deputy governor under Okowa from 2015 to 2023, a period during which both leaders worked closely in steering the affairs of the state and implementing policies that impacted communities across the three senatorial districts.
