Popular Nigerian singer, Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, better known as Bella Shmurda, has asked Nigerians for help after saying he was scammed in a real estate deal in Lagos.
During an Instagram Live session, the singer claimed he lost $4 million (about ₦5.52 billion) after buying a property that was later discovered to be stolen.
Bella Shmurda said: “Nigeria, I need your help. I’m not okay right now. I lost $4 million of my hard-earned money because I bought stolen property. I have nothing left.”
“The person who sold the property to me has disappeared. Please, someone should help me. I’ve already contacted my lawyer to investigate the matter.”
