All does not seem well between Nigerian music star, Timi Dakolo and President Bola Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on Digital Engagement, Strategy, and New Media, O’tega Ogra.
On Sunday, October 12, 2025, Dakolo took to his X handle (formerly Twitter) to call out the presidential aide over an alleged unpaid debt.
He wrote: “Mr @otegaogra, please pick your calls. I did my job.”
In response, O’tega Ogra threatened to sue the singer for calling him out publicly on social media.
He wrote; “I see and have noted the commentary. I will not engage in explication where none is required. My record is public and stands on its merits.”
“Any further attempt to personalise a clearly institutional matter will be met with formal correction and the appropriate professional and legal redress.”
