Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, CFA will on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 be hosted to a reception in Lagos by Southeast businessmen and captains of industry. The event will take place at Radisson Blau, Issac John street, Lagos at 5pm.
Before the reception, the Minister will at 2pm at the same venue preside over Government- Private Sector Dialogue Sries (GPS) with the theme, ” Finance and SME Growth Round table”
As part of her high-impact engagement in Lagos, Dr. Uzoka-Anite and her entourage will on Friday, October 31st, 2025 upon arrival, paid a courtesy call on the state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
According to a press statement by Lady (Dr.) Adaora. O Chukwudozie, Chairman Keystone Bank Plc and Coordinator of the three-part event, the GPS is a focused roundtable that will bring together stakeholders from both the federal and Lagos state government alongside community representatives to discuss concerns, identify bottlenecks and agree practical next steps on access to finance and enterprise .
Dr. Chukwudozie further explained that “the reception will afford Southeast businessmen the opportunity to celebrate their daughter and sister, fellowship with her in her moment of national assignment and rob minds with her on issues bordering on Southeast businesses and economic growth”.
