Nigerian music star, Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has once again sparked concern after lamenting that he is “losing his mind again.”
Taking to Snapchat, the singer wrote: “F**k contacts. Fk labels. F**k the music business. F**k my younger self. F**k my manager. God please, I’m losing my mind again.”
His outburst has led to fresh speculation that he may be battling depression. However, some reports suggest his struggles may be connected to his recording contract and challenges in the music business.
For those who don’t know, Omah Lay, recently parted ways with his manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi. While Awoniyi stated on social media that the split was amicable, insiders claim he was actually sacked.
This isn’t the first time the singer has spoken openly about his mental health. In 2022, he revealed via his X handle (formerly Twitter) that he was battling depression, which worsened after a controversial sexual relationship with his therapist.
