Nollywood star actor, Yul Edochie has hit out at singer, Timaya for saying that any man that does not have money should not go close to a woman.
For those who don’t know, Timaya had on Wednesday, July 13th, 2022 took to his Twitter page and wrote;
“Stop complaining about women liking money! If u don’t have money don’t go close to her.”
However, reacting to the singer’s tweet, Yul Edochie noted that Timaya’s advise is capable of pushing the youths to committing crime.
He said; “This is the kind of talk that pushes our youths into crime. Money is not everything. Never lose your confidence because you don’t have money.”
“Talk to her, go close to anybody you want to go close to, if she like you fine, if she no like you move.”
“Keep your head high even when you no hold, and everything about women is not money. Don’t reduce women to that.”
