Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has lambasted her fellow Igbo people.
According to the movie star, some Igbo people are denying Biafra because of their selfish interest.
She disclosed this via her Instagram page on Friday, January 7th, 2022 as she shares video of a Fulani woman denying being Fulani while begging for Christmas present from an Igbo man.
She wrote; “Have you seen what hunger can cause? She has denied being a Fulani woman because of hunger.”
“The same way some of our Igbo brothers and sisters are denying Biafra just because of what they stand to benefit today without thinking of what happens tomorrow but the good thing is, their selfishness is affecting all of us.”
