Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has issued a strong warning to women pursuing other people’s husbands, urging them to assess the kind of man they are after before attempting to “snatch” him.

She shared the advice in a post on her Instagram page.
She wrote; “Na nonsense you snatched oooo. Person wey you snatched him thing go Spain eat breakfast go Morocco eat launch and you dey house dey peep am. Chaaaaaiiiiii.
“Before you go about snatching someone else’s husband, please check the quality of what you’re snatching first!”
“Some husbands are sweet, some are simply meant to be endured and now you dey house dey endure. See wetin you do yourself. Chaaaaaiiiiii.
“Enwelu di nwekwa dịbeeeeee. some people went shopping for a king only to discover they carried home a whole container of problems.
“She saw the exotic mansion not realizing it was built with the sweat, sacrifice, and years of another woman’s labour.
“She thought the mansion was the man’s magic. She carried the man and left the magic behind. Chaaaaaiiiiii.
“Now the mansion is nowhere to be found. The expectations have crashed. the fantasy has expired.
“Ahhhh… Ya dịbe o. There is no refund policy. No exchange. No return to sender. So before you snatch someone’s man put eye for ground o!
“Make sure you’re not volunteering for a lifetime of endurance.”
Her statement has sparked widespread reactions online, with many social media users speculating about who the actress was referring to. Some believe she may have been alluding to Judy Austin, the wife of Yul Edochie, whom many have accused of coming between him and his estranged first wife, May Edochie.
Rita Edochie has previously been reported to have opposed Yul Edochie’s marriage to Judy Austin and has consistently shown public support for May Edochie.
