An Abuja High Court has ordered the final forfeiture of assets worth over N9 billion linked to embattled Lagos socialite and businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu, to the Federal Government.

Justice Jude Onwugbuzie gave the order on Thursday, July 16, 2026, after granting an application filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The forfeited assets include jewellery worth N4.645 billion, 11 luxury vehicles valued at N4.293 billion, $50,000 cash, and N30 million.
The court ruled that the properties, which had earlier been under investigation, should be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government, marking another major twist in Achimugu’s ongoing legal battle.
