Nigerian pop star, Davido’s Assistant on Logistics, Isreal Afeare has offered his undying support for Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Abba Kyari following his indictment in the Hushpuppi fraud case.
Recall that a report by the United States Department of Justice revealed that ongoing investigations showed that Abbas Ramon, popularly known as Hushpuppi allegedly bribed Kyari to arrest one of his accomplices in Nigeria named Kelly Chibuzo Vincent.
Also, in a court document obtained by Peoples Gazette, Otis Wright of the United States District Court for the Central District of California ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIB) to track down Kyari and produce him in the United States for his alleged role in a multi-million dollar fraud perpetrated by Hushpuppi and his co-conspirators.
But, Isreal on Friday, July 30th, 2021 took to his Instagram story and described Kyari as a clean Cop.
He wrote; “Am fully standing with Abba Kyari. The man is a clean cop. He has fully tried and is still trying in aspects of fighting wild armed robbers and kidnappers. Kindly tell me who’s a Saint in this our Nigeria.”
