Former Commissioner for Africa Affairs, Maryland USA, and the 2023 APGA Aspirant for Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Emeka Ebo, has signed an agreement with Digital Space of USA for the training, equipping, and empowerment of Umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency with Digital skills, international remote work opportunities and trading in digital assets as well as showcase their products to a global audience.
This was disclosed by his media aide, Amb Timothy Nwachukwu in a press release.
Chief Emeka Ebo, a Biometric Engineer per excellence while speaking to StandOut Africa Media stated that Nigerian tech startups
like Flutterwave, Opay, Andela, and the Unicons attracted foreign investors who led funding valued at over $1bn in 2021.
Hon. Emeka Ebo, a Consultant to the Senate, Federal Republic of Nigeria, and a member of the United States Biometrics Consortium explained thus; “The world is changing, new opportunities are making old systems obsolete, and the world is much more connected, therefore, my approach to empowerment is to create platforms that will continue to empower umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency and have them adapt to global changes so that they can compete and succeed globally.”

Hon. Emeka Ebo further emphasized that digital tech is the present and the future of the world and thus, He will ensure that Umu Idemmili North and South Federal Constituency acquire digital skills that will make them relevant in this 21st century as well as prepare them for the digital future without boundaries where they can leverage on their digital skills to earn a living, create more digital jobs and grow the economy.
