“This Is Not Just an Appointment, but a Calling to Unite Two Great African Nations” Woman of Great Grace

Apostle Edith Grace Enajemo, Founder of Great Grace Ministries International and Founder of National Pray For Nigeria, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Femi Fani-Kayode on his appointment as Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Republic of South Africa.

In a goodwill message released on Wednesday, Apostle Grace described the appointment as both “an honor and a profound responsibility,” noting that Ambassador Fani-Kayode now carries “the flag, the voice, and the hopes of over 200 million Nigerians as he steps onto South African soil.”

“We celebrate not only an appointment, but a calling — a calling to serve, to unite, and to strengthen the bond between two great African nations,” Apostle Grace stated.

Nigeria-South Africa Relations: Brothers in Destiny
Apostle Grace emphasized the historic and strategic relationship between Nigeria and South Africa, describing both nations as “brothers in history, partners in trade, and allies in the African dream of unity, peace, and prosperity.”

She noted, however, that “like any family, our relationship requires intentional work — dialogue where there is tension, collaboration where there is opportunity, and mutual respect at all times.”

The Woman of Great Grace charged the new Ambassador to see his mandate as one that transcends traditional diplomacy. “Your Excellency, your role goes beyond diplomacy. You are a guardian for Nigerians living here, an advocate for fair and just relations, and a builder of bridges between our cultures, our economies, and our people. In you, we see not just a diplomat, but a peacemaker and a representative of Nigeria’s strength, resilience, and generosity of spirit.”

Prayer and Prophetic Declaration

Apostle Grace offered prayers for a successful tenure, declaring: “May your tenure be marked by open doors, honest conversations, and tangible progress. May you foster cooperation in trade, investment, security, and people-to-people connections. And may you remind both nations that our shared future is brighter when we rise together.”

She added: “My Father and my God, thank You for the life and leadership of Ambassador Femi Fani-Kayode. Today I place him, his family, and the entire Nigerian diplomatic mission in South Africa under Your covering, in Jesus’ name.”

Speaking on behalf of Nigerians in the diaspora, Apostle Grace said: “I, Apostle Edith Grace Enajemo, and on behalf of all Nigerians living in South Africa, welcome you, Your Excellency. Africa looks to you with hope.”
