The Preaident, International Council of Archbishops and Bishops for Charismatic and Pentecostal Churches and Presiding Rapha Faith International Ministerial Network, Imperial Royal Eminence Archbishop, Sir Professor Benny Terry Danson has issued a formal legal disclaimer and cease-and-desist notice, publicly disassociating himself from a number of organizations and warning against the unauthorized use of his identity.

In the statement dated April 10, 2026, Danson categorically denied any past, present, or future affiliation with entities operating under the names Africa Empire, United Kingdom of Atlantis, Throne of Knossos, or any related or derivative bodies.
He emphasized that he had not granted any form of authorization for his name, identity, likeness, signature, or personal details to be used in connection with certificates, titles, or documents linked to the said entities.
Describing such usage as “false, fraudulent, misleading, and unauthorized,” Danson firmly rejected any claims suggesting his involvement, noting that they were made without his knowledge or consent.
As part of the notice, he directed all individuals and organizations associated with the entities to immediately cease and desist from using his personal information in any capacity. He also demanded the withdrawal and retraction of any existing materials bearing his name, while warning against any future misrepresentation.
Danson further stated that failure to comply with the directive would result in legal action, including claims of defamation, misrepresentation, and identity misuse.
The notice concluded with a reservation of all legal rights and remedies available to him under applicable law.
