Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Victoria Iye, popularly known as Vee, has opened up on why she has not tied the knot yet.
The reality TV star and actress said she is deliberately taking her time in order to make the right choice, stressing that she does not want to rush into marriage and end up with the wrong partner.
Vee said; “It is my mission in life to avoid the wrong man getting me pregnant. And it’s not to say I’m better than the women that have been in that position.”
“It’s simply because I know myself, I know what I’m like and I try to avoid certain situations that would put me in a state of psychosis. I’m passionate about not getting f*cked over and maybe that is what stops me from finding unapologetic love.”
“I’m stubborn. I’m hard-headed. But I’m not stupid. I need to make sure that when it comes to choosing a life partner, I try my best to get it right. You can’t know someone 100 per cent but you can try your best. People experience is the best teacher, not in my world. Especially when there’s the internet where people are sharing their experiences. I don’t need to experience something to know that it’s not going to work for me.”
