Big Brother Naija star and Nollywood actress, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has denied reports circulating on social media that she was beaten up by an unidentified woman at a hotel in Abuja.
This follows the release of a viral video showing the reality TV star being assaulted by the woman.
However, Phyna refuted the claims, stating that she was, in fact, the one who beat up the lady. She alleged that the woman later returned with some touts to retaliate, leading to the viral videos.
Phyna made the clarification via her social media page.
She wrote; “Who I beat day hospital, den carry touts come fight and people to record. I was attacked from behind on my way out – dam even crop the video just to twist story say den beat me. Make una rest! The girl wey I beat never even regain consciousness. Una day mad! Pray for me make who I beat no die abeg.”
