“Behind every great woman is grace, and beside her is purpose,” says Bishop Okwudili Eze of Abuja, as he celebrates his wife, Professor Dr. Ifeoma Nonyelum Eze, describing her as one of Nigeria’s foremost voices in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, and Women Empowerment.

In a heartfelt tribute released this week, Bishop Eze spotlighted Professor Ifeoma Eze’s decades of impact across academia, ministry, education, media, and business. He described her journey as one defined by faith, excellence, and a relentless commitment to raising leaders.

“Professor Ifeoma Eze has combined years of experience in Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resources and Education Management to become a model of purpose-driven service,” Bishop Eze stated. “She is very passionate about Emotional Intelligence, Purpose, Leadership Development, Women Empowerment and Excellence within Organisations.”
Professor Eze’s academic profile reflects cross-continental excellence. She is an Alumna of Harvard Business School, Boston USA. She holds an MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management from Ahmadu Bello University, an M.Ed in Educational Administration from University of Abuja, and a PhD in Business Administration from HBI University, USA. She is currently pursuing a second PhD in Education Administration.
Her scholarship has also been recognized with Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Triune Bible University, USA and Gregory University, Nigeria.
She currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the prestigious Heart Bible International University, USA, where she mentors students in business and leadership.
As a minister and administrator with over two decades of experience, Professor Eze serves as Senior Pastor/Director of Administration at Zion Heritage Ministries. The church carries the mandate to “Raise Kingdom Royalties Who Shall Rule and Reign For Christ Across The Seven Mountains of Influence.”
