In a heartfelt tribute filled with admiration, respect, and gratitude, Dr. Ifeanyi M. Osuoza, Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), has extended warm birthday felicitations to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder (Dr.) Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday anniversary.

The Commissioner commended Governor Oborevwori’s efforts in delivering legacy projects and championing initiatives that uplift and empower all Deltans.
