In a heartfelt tribute filled with admiration, respect, and gratitude, Dr. Ifeanyi M. Osuoza, Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), has extended warm birthday felicitations to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder (Dr.) Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday anniversary.

Describing the Governor as a “bold, progressive, dynamic, and quintessential leader,” Dr. Osuoza, speaking on behalf of his family, praised the Governor’s steadfast commitment to the people of Delta State, his political acumen, and his visionary leadership that has charted a course of transformation and inclusive development across the state.
“Your Excellency, I have been a vivid witness of your remarkable leadership, unwavering dedication, and the astute, visionary and strategic brinkmanship you have admirably exhibited in navigating the challenges of governance,” Osuoza said. “You have left an indelible imprint on our hearts and transformed our communities in profound and progressively impactful ways.”
The Commissioner commended Governor Oborevwori’s efforts in delivering legacy projects and championing initiatives that uplift and empower all Deltans. According to him, the Governor’s achievements, even within a short period in office, reflect not only a deep commitment to good governance but also a genuine passion for service and people-centered leadership.
