Popular Eko Club Event Center, Surulere, Lagos has been sealed by the State Government.
The event center was sealed on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 for violating Covid-19 protocols.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on New Media, Gawat Jubril, said;
“The center was sealed for holding a packed funeral. Pictures shared online showed that the funeral was held in total disregard of Covid-19 protocols such as social distancing.”
