Former President of United States of America (USA), Bill Clinton has lent his voice in the ongoing protests by the Nigerian youths against police brutality and #EndSARS campaign across the nation.

Watching keenly on the tragedies that have accompanied what happens to be peaceful protests but turned violence as has been hijacked by thugs, the former American president, therefore urged President Muhammadu Buhari to engage in peaceful dialogue with the protesters.

He disclosed this via his verified Twitter handle.

He wrote; “I am deeply concerned over reports of violence in Lagos and urge the Nigerian government to engage in peaceful dialogue with the #EndSARS protestors for police reform and an end to corruption.”
