Speaking ahead of the summit, FCMB Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Yemisi Edun, described healthcare as a vital pillar of Nigeria’s economic development, stressing that sustainable healthcare delivery depends on strong collaboration between the public and private sectors.
According to her, a resilient healthcare system requires more than clinical excellence, noting that access to appropriate financing, sound business management, strategic partnerships and long-term investment are equally essential to improving healthcare outcomes.
Edun added that the summit would provide a platform for stakeholders to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships and identify practical solutions to help healthcare businesses scale sustainably while expanding access to quality healthcare for Nigerians.
