First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has unveiled a major upgrade to its mobile banking app, introducing several new features designed to reward customers, simplify banking and improve the overall digital experience.

Leading the update is a new Reward Points system that allows customers to earn and redeem points through transactions carried out on the FCMB Mobile App. The initiative is aimed at rewarding customer loyalty by turning everyday banking activities into tangible benefits.

The upgraded app also introduces a Regal Premium Lifestyle Subscription, giving users access to exclusive lifestyle benefits across travel, dining and entertainment. In addition, new-to-bank customers will enjoy three months of free transfers.

As part of its drive to promote financial growth, FCMB has integrated mutual fund investments into the app, enabling customers to invest and grow their wealth without using multiple platforms.

To further improve customer service, the bank has launched “Chat with Temi,” an intelligent in-app assistant that provides instant support and helps resolve customer issues more quickly.
