The Lagos State Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Corps Commander, Olusegun Ogungbemide has joined well meaning Lagosians to rejoice and felicitates the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu on the occasion of her 55th Birthday Celebrations.
