KADIFF Appoints Dr Charles Okwuowulu As Head Of Jury For 9th Edition

The Kaduna International Film Festival (KADIFF) has appointed Dr Charles Okwuowulu, DGN, as Head of the Board of Jurors for the second time ahead of its 9th edition scheduled for 2026.

The 2026 edition of the festival, themed “Cultural Renaissance,” will be hosted in the city of Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria. The festival is expected to showcase diverse stories that promote culture, creativity, and artistic excellence across Africa and beyond.

KADIFF, in statement issued on Thursday, December 18th, 2015 by the
Senior Special Assistant, Media and Communications, Ambrose Fadoyin, said that Dr Okwuowulu’s reappointment reflects his outstanding contributions, professionalism, and commitment to the growth of the film and creative industry in Africa. His leadership is expected to add depth, integrity, and global perspective to the jury process.
