The pupils and teachers who were kidnapped in Orire Local Government Area of Oyo State have been rescued and are now free.
President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, announced the good news on Friday evening through his verified X account.
Sharing photos of the rescued victims, Onanuga wrote: “Finally, all the kidnapped pupils and teachers in Orire, Oyo have been rescued by our security agencies.“
