Damilola Marshall, daughter of Nigerian Fuji legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM 1), recently sparked romance rumours after sharing a photo of herself with popular musician, Asake at an event, captioned, “Mr Money and Mrs Money.”
The post triggered a wave of controversy, with rumours flying left, right and centre that the duo are in a relationship.
However, taking to her Instagram page, she dismissed the relationship claims, stressing that there was absolutely nothing romantic going on between her and the “Lonely at the Top” crooner.
She wrote; “Guys, that was my first time meeting him. I just took a picture. Please don’t believe blogs — they can do anything for traffic.”
Interestingly, Asake has kept his love life out of the public eye since his reported split from his Gambian girlfriend, Madame Mystique in 2014.
