Popular content creator, Peller is facing serious legal trouble after being slammed with a ₦395 million lawsuit over alleged verbal assault and invasion of privacy.

The suit was filed by Osarobo Odigie following a confrontation between the two at a lounge in Lekki, Lagos. Earlier this year, Peller had shared a video of the altercation online, which he later took down and apologized for posting without her consent.
However, Odigie has now initiated legal action. In a pre-action letter issued by Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., it was stated that the incident occurred on January 6, 2026, while she was at the lounge purchasing food.
Through her legal representatives, Odigie is demanding ₦395 million in damages, citing defamation, emotional distress, reputational harm, and the impact of cyberbullying.
