Lagos Discharges 90 Covid-19 Patients

Lagos State Government has discharged 90 fully recovered Covid-19 patients in the state from its various Isolations Centres.

The state Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu disclosed this on Friday, 12th, 2020 during his COVID-19 update as the Incident Commander.

He said; “Good people of Lagos, I bring you great news from our isolation facilities. Today, 90 fully recovered COVID19Lagos patients; 30 females and 60 males, were discharged to join the society.”

“The patients; 28 from Onikan, 9 from Eti-Osa (LandMark), 10 from Agidingbi, 5 from Gbagada, 2 from First Cardiology, 10 from Lekki and 26 from Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Isolation Centres were discharged having fully recovered and tested negative to COVID19.”

“With this, the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from our Isolation facilities is now 1137.”

“As our front line health workers records successes in this battle against #COVID19, we urge citizens to adhere strictly to our public advisories and directives as this is the only way we can break the chain of transmission of the infection.”
