The lawyer, however, is currently detained at Kubwa Police Divisional Headquarters, Kubwa, Abuja.
The parent of the victim is pressing charges since Barrister Temple Okonji is believed to be a Senior Legislative Aide to Chief Eugene Dibia-Agwu.
Chief Eugene Dibia-Agwu is a member of the Federal House of Assembly, Representing Ohaji Egbema Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency and it’s believed that the lawyer is using his contacts to upturn justice for both the little girl and her parents.
