Friends, colleagues and well-wishers are celebrating renowned journalist, Nollywood producer and Chief Executive Officer of Ideabox Worldwide and Inside Africa Network, Mr. Adeolu Adeyemo, as he marks another year today, September 19, 2026.
Adeyemo, the brain behind Ideabox Worldwide and Inside Africa Network, has been at the forefront of creativity, capacity building and youth empowerment in Nigeria.
Through strategic partnerships with KAFTAN TV and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), his organisations have trained and empowered thousands of creatives across the country, creating sustainable opportunities in Nigeria’s creative economy.
He is also the convener of Root Podcast, a platform that spotlights top celebrities and public figures, using their stories to inspire a new generation of Nigerians.
Beyond media, Adeyemo has shown strong commitment to educational development through collaborations with polytechnics and universities to integrate creative courses into their curriculum, equipping students with practical, industry-relevant skills to become job creators rather than job seekers.
He has also facilitated training programmes for staff in both public and private sectors.
Described as a creative icon whose influence spans Nigeria and Africa, Adeyemo recently launched an educational initiative tagged Made in Nigeria (MIND) – The Game Changer, a debating competition aimed at building public speaking, critical thinking and leadership skills among young children.
As he celebrates today, associates say they are celebrating not just his new age, but his vision, resilience and immense contributions to media, Nollywood and youth development.
