More Trouble For Chrisland As Lagos Arraigns School, Four Staff For Manslaughter

These, undoubtedly are not the best of times for Chrisland School as it has been arraigned at the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja over the death of 12years old Whitney Adeniran.

Besides, the principal, vice pricipal and two other employees of Chrisland School, Opebi branch were also arraigned at the State High Court.

Meanwhile, arraigned before Justice Oyindamola Ogala are Ademoye Adewale, Kuku Fatai, Mrs. Belinda Amao, Nwatu Ugochi Victoria.

The defendants were arraigned on two count charges bordering on involuntary manslaughter, reckless and negligent acts preferred against them by the state.

Recall that the Lagos State Ministry of Education had before now ordered a temporary closure of Chrisland School, Opebi, Ikeja following the death of the 12year old pupil.
