Appointed by the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, her posting reflected confidence in her competence and capacity to manage public information in a complex, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment like Lagos.

As an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and a member of respected international policing and public relations bodies such as International Public Relations Association (IPRA), the International Association of Women Police (IAWP), and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Her service as Police Public Relations Liaison Officer at the SPU, Force Headquarters, Abuja; Staff Officer to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police (Operations); and as Personal Assistant to the Commissioner of Police, Special Protection Unit, speaks volumes about her reliability, discretion, and administrative strength.
