In a heartfelt revelation, Nollywood actor, Don Richard has opened up about his ongoing battle with kidney disease, a condition that has not only left him in poor health but also caused significant financial strain.
Speaking in an interview with his colleague, actress Biola Bayo, the actor revealed that he lost all his life savings while trying to cope with the illness.
The actor is now begging Nigerians for support and financial assistance to aid in his treatment.
In a video posted by Biola Bayo on her Instagram page, Don Richard said; “When my wife was told about my condition, she broke down in tears.”
“I told her, ‘another man is a lucky man.’ I begged her to take good care of our children, especially the twins.”
“After leaving the hospital, she sold our house and car to pay for my treatment. Now, I have nothing left.”
The actor, who has been grappling with kidney disease for a while now, is calling on kind-hearted Nigerians to come to his aid in his time of need.
