Breaking reports indicate that popular Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has been arrested by the Nigerian Police Force.
The arrest reportedly followed a petition filed by her colleague, Mercy Johnson, over allegations of cyberbullying.
The development was disclosed on Wednesday by popular media personality and BON Awards founder, Seun Oloketuyi, via his Instagram page.
He wrote; “Angela Okorie was arrested yesterday at her Lagos residence by the Nigeria Police Force Cybercrime Centre, Abuja.”
“She was put on 6am flight to Abuja this morning to face court proceedings connected to cybercrime matter involving Mercy Johnson.”
