Osuoza Celebrates Okowa At 67, Hails His Legacy Of Visionary Leadership

The Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has paid glowing tribute to former Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, as he marks his 67th birthday, describing him as an outstanding statesman, accomplished administrator and visionary leader whose legacy continues to inspire generations.

In a goodwill message released on Wednesday, Osuoza, on behalf of his family, joined the people of Delta State and other well-wishers across the country in celebrating the former governor for his remarkable contributions to the growth and development of the state and Nigeria.

He praised Okowa’s years in public service, noting that his tenure as governor was marked by visionary leadership, prudent management of resources, institutional development and people-centred policies that transformed Delta State.
