The Onuru Ube crooner, OYO C, born Monday Ohabuiro Chijioke Benson has emerged Best Rated Artiste Of The Year by Classic Africa Merit Award (CAMA).
It was a day not to forget in a hurry for the R&B and dancehall singer, even after the award has come and gone, the memories remain fresh in his heart.
Without much ado, Oyo C’s electrifying performance of his hit song; Onuru Ube set the entire arena agog. Aside from stealing the show, he also won the enviable award to his name.
It was indeed a moment of joy and grandeur for the musician and his record label; Face Reality Record as it won the ‘Outstanding Record Label Of The Year.
It is interesting to know that the award is coming days after Face Reality Record reportedly gave Oyo C a Toyota brand new car.
