Popular seer and Spiritual Head of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Oke-Afa, Ejigbo, Lagos, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele (JP) on Friday, February 14, 2020 celebrated his 60th birthday in grand style.
It was indeed a double celebration for the famous man of God as he also hosted the United Nations 75th Anniversary flag off ceremony at the church ground in Oke-Afa, Ejigbo, Lagos.
Besides, Primate Ayodele’s humanitarian service, generosity and more importantly his contribution to world peace did not go unrecognized as the United Nations honoured him with the ‘Eminent Ambassador of Peace’ award presented to him by United Nations’ top official, Ambassador Chinedu Anthony who also presented a similar award to American preacher, Pastor T.D. Jakes in Nairobi, Kenya earlier this year.
It is interesting to know that Primate Ayodele is an unrepentant giver whose love for humanity has no bounds as he used the occasion to further put smiles on the peoples’ faces by giving out cash prizes, grants, clothes, mattresses, jamb forms, etc. to members of his church and some of his guests.
The man of God in his usual faction donated over four (4) tricycles, popularly known as ‘Keke Napep’ to some of the youths. Primate Ayodele also gave relief to a woman whose child has a heart problem alongside another woman with a feeble limb. Others that enjoyed the man of God’s benevolence were some number of Christians and Muslims he will be sponsoring to Israel and Mecca this year.
The event had in attendance, governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Governor Babajide Sanwo who was ably represented by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi. Others include; the United Nations World Peace President, Ambassador Per Stafsen and his team; representatives of South-West governors; Hon. Samsideen Abiodun Olaleye, Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, represented by the Executive Secretary of the Council; representatives of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi and the Sultan of Sokoto; Lagos State Commissioner of Police, represented by Ifeanyi John Uka, Assistant Commissioner of Police.
Also, Fuji music icon and Maiyegun of Yorubaland, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall a.k.a. K1 de Ultimate and fellow fuji star, Muri Alabi were also in attendance as they stun the guests with their renditions.
KWAM 1 and Muri Alabi were presented a portrait and award respectively by Primate Ayodele.
However, Celebrity Journalists Publishers Association of Nigeria (CJAN) presented Primate Ayodele with a certificate as the Association’s Patron. Also, the man of God was given the UN special plate number by the World Peace president, Ambassador Per Stafsen.
