The war between Nollywood star actress, Tonto Dikeh and her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri has generated to a legal battle as Kpokpogri has now dragged her to a Federal High Court in Abuja.
In the case dated 20th September 2021 and filed on Wednesday September 22, 2021 with Suit Number: FHC/ABJ/CS/1092/2021, Kpokpogri prayed the court for a restraining order stopping the Department of State Services (DSS) from further inviting him.
This is sequel to the recent petition filed against him by Tonto Dikeh.
Kpokpogri, however, prayed the court for an order directing Tonto Dikeh and the DSS to pay him the sum of N10 billion as compensation for the mental trauma, emotional stress and severe damage caused him due to the invitation extended to him.
