Senator Adeleke who was the 2018 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State will today, Thursday, May 9th, 2019 know his fate at the Court of Appeal, Abuja.
For those who don’t know, Senator Adeleke had challenged the emergence of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of the September 2018 governorship election in the state.
Interestingly, on March 22nd, 2019 the Osun State Election Tribunal declared him (Adeleke) winner of the election but Governor Gboyega Oyetola, immediately filed an appeal over the judgement at the Appeal court in Abuja.
