Nigerian female music star, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni has finally opened up on the kidnap attempt on her.
Reports had it that there was an attempt to kidnap her at a concert in Port Harcourt, Rivers State recently, but her bodyguards fired gunshots in the air to rescue her out of the venue.
Be that as it may, reacting on the incident, Teni took to her Instagram stories and wrote; “Could have been a different story entirely but I’m grateful to God.”
“Myself and entire team are safe and back home now. Thanks for the calls and messages.”
“It all happened so fast there was no incidence of attempted kidnap. A fight started out backstage and that lead to stampede.”
