Nigerian music icon, 2Face Idibia a.k.a 2Baba, has come under fire from his junior colleague, Wizkid (Ayodeji Balogun) after stating that Burna Boy is ahead of him on the global stage.
Wizkid reacted in a Snapchat post, where he lashed out at 2Baba, referring to him as an “old man”.
He said: “I’m never letting it slack in 2026. At least make peace with your family first before having opinions about music. Old man.”
Trouble started after 2Face in a recent interview, shared his views on Nigeria’s popular “Big 3” — the country’s most dominant global music exports, naming Burna Boy as the top Nigerian artiste on the global stage.
