A big player in the Power Systems & green energy sector, Hon. (Chief) Uchenna Ezechinyelu (Dunu Ugobugo Ichida) will on Saturday, 25th of July, 2026 bid his inlaw, the late Chief Edwin Ubaka( Ezeani Odenigbo) farewell.
Known in the Igbo tradition as akwa ogo( condolence visit to inlaws/ inlaw mourning), the event will take place at Mgbudu village, Ichida, Anambra state.
Ugobugo is expected to be accompanied to the funeral by friends and business associates.
Chief Ubaka, a business mogul was until his death at 75, the Chief Executive Officer of Eddy Bros Nigeria Ltd.
He will be buried on July 25th at his country home, Mgbudu, Ichida after a funeral mass at St.Rita Catholic church, Mgbudu,Ichida.
