Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State is very bitter with his predecessor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola. Insiders said the Federal Government College, Warri graduate bitterness stemmed from the fact that Fashola left a huge debt of N430billion for him to pay.
That’s not all, those in the know revealed Fashola spent about 70percent of the 2015 budget for Lagos State before he handed over in May this year. Insiders said what Fashola has done was simply to dig a deep hole for his successor to fall into.
