Many people may not know that popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham was once addicted to cigarette smoking.
The screen star made the revelation during a recent interview, where she disclosed that she quit smoking after her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, threatened to end their marriage if she continued the habit.
However, she admitted that although she has stopped smoking cigarettes, she still vapes.
She said: “My husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi, is one of the best things that ever happened to me. He lets me shine and be myself. I used to be addicted to cigarettes, but he warned me that if I didn’t stop smoking, our marriage wouldn’t work. I had to stop because I valued my marriage. Well, I have stopped smoking cigarettes, but I still vape.”
